Description of Service

OtherSEO provides AI-powered SEO analysis tools, including:

  • Website crawling and structure analysis
  • Site architecture visualization
  • Topic clustering and content grouping
  • Internal linking opportunity identification
  • SEO recommendations and insights

Free Tier: Includes analysis of up to 500 pages per website. Additional pages and features may be available through paid plans.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Acceptable Use

When using OtherSEO, you agree to:

  • Only analyze websites you own or have explicit permission to analyze
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Not resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without authorization

Website Analysis Authorization

By submitting a website URL for analysis, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to analyze that website. This includes:

  • Websites you own
  • Websites where you are an authorized administrator
  • Client websites where you have written permission

Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by OtherSEO and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the websites you analyze. We do not claim ownership of your website content.

Analysis Results: The analysis reports and insights generated by our Service are provided for your use. You may use these results for your own SEO improvement purposes.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System updates and improvements
  • Technical difficulties or outages
  • Circumstances beyond our control

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of all analysis results
  • Compatibility with all websites
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and implementation of recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OTHERSEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

By You: You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
